Yaroslav Amosov

Yaroslav Amosov is one of Ukraine’s most successful mixed martial artists and a four-time world champion in combat sambo. At the age of 15, his stepfather took him to combat sambo training, and that is how the boy from Irpin began his journey toward a great dream.

Sambo became the foundation of his career. After numerous victories at international tournaments, Yaroslav decided to test himself in professional mixed martial arts. In 2021, he became the first Ukrainian champion in the prestigious Bellator MMA promotion, defeating world champion Douglas Lima of Brazil by unanimous decision and capturing the welterweight title.

Yaroslav has always successfully combined athletic achievements with strong personal values, so at the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, he did not hesitate to stand up for his hometown of Irpin and for his country. Today, he continues to support Ukraine’s defense forces while also representing Ukraine on the international stage.

As one of the leading fighters in the sport, Yaroslav moved on to the UFC. His debut in December 2025 was quick and impressive — he defeated the experienced American Neil Magny with an anaconda choke. Yaroslav has no intention of stopping there: his goal is the top of the rankings and the UFC championship belt.

In his professional career, Yaroslav has earned more than two dozen victories, finishing most of his fights early — by knockout or submission — which highlights his versatility and skill both in grappling and striking.

Today, Yaroslav is developing his own apparel and gear brand, S-RAGE, which reflects his character, style, and philosophy of victory. It offers apparel and equipment for combat sports and active training, available to Ukrainians.
