Payment and delivery

We offer convenient and secure payment methods:

  • Online payment (by bank card)

  • Cash on delivery via Nova Poshta — pay upon receipt (according to the carrier’s rates and fees)

The payment method is selected during checkout.

Please note!
During checkout, you pay only for the products. Shipping costs are not included in the online payment and are not charged automatically. Shipping costs are paid separately according to the carrier’s rates or after confirmation with our manager.

Delivery within Ukraine is handled by Nova Poshta:

  • to a branch

  • to parcel lockers

After dispatch, you will receive a TTN tracking number to track your shipment.


International Delivery:

Europe

Orders are delivered by Nova Post to the nearest available branch or partner pickup point.

  • Home delivery in Europe is not available.
  • The delivery cost is calculated separately after the order is placed.
  • Delivery is paid separately to the sole proprietor’s bank account.
  • The order is shipped after payment for the product and delivery.

USA

Orders to the USA are delivered by Nova Post to the recipient’s address.

  • The delivery cost is calculated individually.
  • The price depends on the recipient’s address, the actual or volumetric weight, and the dimensions of the parcel.
  • After the order is placed, the manager will inform the customer of the exact delivery cost.
  • Delivery is paid separately to the sole proprietor’s bank account.
  • The order is shipped after payment for the product and delivery.

Other Countries Worldwide

Orders are delivered by Nova Post and its international logistics partners.

  • The delivery method depends on the country and the available logistics network.
  • Delivery availability and cost are confirmed by the manager after the order is placed.
  • The price depends on the destination country, the actual or volumetric weight, and the dimensions of the parcel.
  • Delivery is paid separately to the sole proprietor’s bank account.
  • The order is shipped after payment for the product and delivery.

Please note: when placing an order, please make sure to provide a current phone number where you can be contacted via Telegram. Alternatively, you can leave your Telegram username in the order comments. Communication with customers is carried out exclusively via Telegram Messenger.

Customs duties, taxes, and other charges that may be imposed in the destination country are not included in the delivery cost and must be paid separately by the recipient.
